If you’re looking for orders placed on your book or a statement of royalties paid, you can leverage KDP Reports.

How to find an order placed for your book

When you go to KDP Reports, you’ll land on the dashboard which only shows this month’s activity.

If you’re looking for an order during a specific date, use the Orders Report. There, you can adjust the date range to find when your book was purchased. It’s important to remember, depending on the book format (i.e. paperback vs eBook), it may take a few days for an order to show.

To customize your date range for orders:

1. Go to KDP Reports.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Orders.
3. Under Choose a date, select which date range you'd like to view orders for. If you want to view all orders ever placed, select Lifetime.
4. Add any other filters, like which book you want to search for.

After adjusting your report settings, you can review the chart or download a report.

How to review payments made to you

If you’re looking for a statement of royalties paid to your account, go to the Payments report. There you can review the details, such as payment number, status, and date.

If you need a statement for accounting purposes, you can download the report. The report will update based on the filters and date range you select.
